About the Role – Investment Manager (EOI)

VentureCrowd is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Investment Managers to join our capital raising team. This is a pivotal role that will focus on investor engagement and capital placement across our portfolio of investment products.

You'll bring a mix of financial services experience—whether that's in wealth management, stockbroking, corporate advisory, or private banking—and be passionate about building long-term investor relationships in a digital-first environment.

This is a proactive role and ideal for professionals who want to align themselves with a purpose-driven, innovation-led investment platform.

About You

You'll be someone who:

Engaging with current investors and new prospects to raise capital

Maximise investor participation through traditional methods for nurturing investor relationships, as well as via the proficient use of digital tools, including Salesforce

Build relationships with each investor so that they have the trust to engage with our digital platform and join the communities of VentureCrowd investors

Proficiently move between wholesale and retail products

Contribute to the capital raising team in strategic planning, marketing development, product design, and developing investor experience

Manage administration and investor documentation required for compliance in fund management.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising Strategy

• Participate in the development of and execution of capital raising strategies for each of our products.
• Identify and engage with a broad range of potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors, and those interested in SMSF opportunities.

Investor Relations and Communication

• Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective investors, focusing on trust and transparency.
• Deliver detailed investment proposals to potential investors.

Fundraising Campaign Execution

• Participate in fundraising campaigns ensuring financial targets are met within the designated timelines.
• Participate in roadshows, investor meetings, and networking events to promote our investment opportunities.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in capital raising, investor relations, or investment sales
• A proven track record working with HNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors
• Strong communication and financial analysis skills
• Experience in venture capital, property development, or investment banking
• High digital proficiency (Salesforce or similar), attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
