THE ROLE:

Due to organic growth, which has resulted from a positive reputation in the community and the industry. This organisation is ready to appoint a Team Leader to help create and establish the SPEECH PATHOLOGY arm

There is an existing team in Psychology, Physotherapy & Occupational Therapy. It is time for someone to come in and own the Speech Pathology arm.

Help set up everything how you want to The Owner is flexible, will support all of your ideas, and is willing to invest in everything the Speech Pathology arm needs to succeed.

This organisation has a clear client-centered approach (not driven by Key Performance Indicators - they are moving away from KPIs altogether), and flexibility in working conditions.

This role is based in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane, with no need for travel outside this area. After the setup has been completed, a caseload is ready to go, and we are ready to recruit your team.

As your Team Grows, our leadership responsibilities can too. This allows you the opportunity to cut back on the clinical and increase your focus on team support, leadership, and growth.

This position offers you flexibility, granting you the freedom to accompany clinicians in the field, participate in group meetings, or work from the comfort of your home. You are empowered to shape your weekly schedule as you prefer.

It is also an excellent opportunity for a Senior to step up and grow. This role under your belt, will definitely lead to more opportunities.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or its equivalent.
  • Versatility in working with clients across the lifespan.
  • A collaborative team player who loves supporting others
  • Creativity This is a role where you can create something special.

We are open to considering Senior Speechies who aspire to transition into a leadership role, and we provide ample support for this transition.

Alternatively, we welcome experienced Clinical Leads / Allied Health Team Leaders seeking an excellent opportunity to leverage their expertise.
