About The Role
As a People & Culture (P&C) Advisor, you'll provide day-to-day HR support to our leaders and employees, helping to ensure HR processes run smoothly and effectively. In this part-time (3 days a week) fixed term 6 month contract role, you will assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, and general advisory support, working collaboratively with the General Manager, People & Culture, and the wider team.
You will partner with designated business units to provide practical guidance on HR policies and procedures, support employee queries, and contribute to P&C initiatives and projects. This role also involves building strong working relationships across the business and supporting the team to maintain efficient and organised HR processes.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity are central to this role. You will be expected to uphold LifeFlight's Code of Conduct and organisational values while providing reliable and approachable HR support.
About You
You are a HR professional who thrives on collaboration and building strong relationships across the business. With at least two years' experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, you bring practical, people-focused solutions and enjoy supporting leaders and teams.
You are highly organised, system-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to provide clear guidance, foster trust, and contribute positively to team dynamics. You are adaptable, motivated, and proactive, always looking for ways to make HR processes more efficient and add value to the business.
A strong sense of professionalism and discretion underpins everything you do, and you take pride in supporting a positive workplace culture. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, and experience within aviation or other operationally complex industries, will be highly regarded.
