Job Title: Field Services & Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Field Services & Operations Coordinator to join our building and construction team in Dandenong South, Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling installers, coordinating site appointments, monitoring glazing and delivery schedules, and ensuring all job cards are accurately completed. The role also involves contacting customers and builders to confirm site readiness, coordinating warranty claims and field service follow-ups, managing job information in our system(s), supporting the Field Services Manager with operational tasks, ensuring compliance and performing back-up duties as needed.

- Ability to provide on-the-job training

Responsibilities:

- Schedule installers using ServiceM8

- Ensure accurate completion of job cards daily

- Monitor glazing and delivery schedules in Smartsheet

- Contact customers/builders for site readiness confirmation

- Coordinate warranty claims & field service follow-ups

- Manage job information in Smartsheet & other systems

-Support Field Services Manager with operational admin tasks

-Follow OHS requirements & Safe Work Instructions at all times

-Provide on-the-job training to new employees

Qualifications:

-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

-Demonstrated proficiency with using system(s) to coorindate field services activities

-Knowledge of building/construction industry regulations preferred
