As the Cyber Risk and Assurance Manager you will lead cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and assurance. You will establish strong security practices, define standards, and manage cyber risks. Reporting to the Director of ITS Cyber Risk, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer expert insight into IT, security risks and cyber governance.
- Implement strong governance structures for IT, security, project risk, compliance.
- Identify, assess IT and security risks, ensuring policy compliance and innovation.
- Foster understanding of legal, regulatory compliance through business engagement.
- Monitor laws, represent in submissions, define threat models for cyber risk.
- Lead security, risk, assurance practices for compliance and exposure assessment.
- Establish and manage Information Security Management System.
- Enhance vendor/third-party risk management, develop control assurance framework.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in Information Security, Governance, Risk, Compliance, or related.
- Certified in ICT Security (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM).
- Proven risk management and security expertise.
- Strong grasp of ICT regulatory requirements.
- Contract review, mitigation experience.
- Effective communication of complex ICT concepts.
