What You'll Do
o Be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for customers, assisting with sales and general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
o Inbound and Outbound calls and emails
o Process customer purchases and payments across various channels (in-store, online, phone)
o Prepare customer solutions packages, present them and follow-up
o Handle incoming and outgoing shipments of 3D printers, scanners, consumables, and parts
o Inspect and document incoming goods for quality, count, and specifications in collaboration with our tech team
o Maintain accurate records and contribute to improving processes within our established systems
o Prepare stock for sale and ensure all workspaces are clean and organized
o Report packaging material levels and coordinate courier bookings (TNT, AusPost)
o Collaborate with IT developers to enhance our systems and workflows
