Are you ready to do what you love? We're opening a brand-new Italian Trattoria this September at the iconic Howard Smith Wharves precinct — and we're on the hunt for passionate hospitality superstars to join our front-of-house team.

Nestled under the Story Bridge with unbeatable river views, HSW is Brisbane's go-to destination for food, drinks, and unforgettable experiences. With buzzing bars, award-winning restaurants, Felons Brewing Co., and a packed calendar of events — this is where the city comes to play.

Positions Available

We're hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual team members across:

  • Duty Managers
  • Supervisors
  • Wait Staff
  • Bartenders
  • Baristas
  • Runners

What We're Looking For

We want dynamic, guest-focused individuals who bring energy, professionalism, and personality to every shift. You'll thrive here if you:

  • Have experience in Italian or Mediterranean-style venues (bonus, not essential)
  • Love fast-paced, high-volume service
  • Deliver warm, genuine hospitality with pride in presentation
  • Communicate clearly and confidently
  • Are a team player with a positive attitude
  • Hold a valid RSA (additional training is a plus)
  • Are available to work nights and weekends as part of a rotating roster
