Perth, Western Australia Western Projects Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Western Projects is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of medium-sized commercial construction projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating trades, driving program and budget outcomes, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality and presentation on site.

This is a hands-on role where you'll balance site leadership with client and stakeholder management, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience supervising commercial projects
  • Strong construction knowledge and trade background
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges on site
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project etc.)
  • Previous management and documentation experience
