Salary: Base + uncapped commission (or split for Credit Reps-Must have own ABN)

At Find a Loan we want a driven, motivated broker to join us early and grow with the brand. We're offering real flexibility depending on your background and goals.

What's on offer:

• Full-time employment with base salary + uncapped commissions
• OR join as a Credit Representative and earn commission on BYO deals
• Leads provided via multiple channels – so you're not starting from scratch
• Willing to train the right person – experience not essential
• Refer mortgage clients to our Mortgage brokerage and earn extra commission
• Suburban office with natural light
• Onsite parking, plus close to public transport

What we're looking for:

• A self-starter who's motivated by uncapped earnings
• Excellent communicator who can build trust and convert leads
• Experience in finance or lending is ideal – but not essential
• Alternatively, if you're already a Credit Rep with a network, this is a high-split, low-overhead opportunity
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow your career in finance
