Loan Processor

**Our client**:
Our client prides themselves on a great culture and excellent service to their clients. They are a well established Mortgage Broking firm with a relatively large team. They are currently experiencing growth and looking for a Loan Processor or Mortgage Broker to join their team. This role will work around your experience and support your growth if you are looking to become a broker. We are also open to credit assessors that come from a banking background looking to transition into Mortgage Broking

If you are looking for a role that incentivises and remunerates for hard work and high performance, this is the position for you. This will be the ideal role for you if you have experience working within another brokerage dealing with a variety loans. You must have great client service and ability to speak to their chinese client base.

**Role and responsibilities**:
Touch base with existing client base to introduce yourself
Review customer situation and broker notes to shortlist lender selection
Ensure fact find is correct and work out calculations
Liaise with credit assessors and ensure there are no outstanding requests
Ability to service own client referrals simultaneously to supporting senior broker
Understand client needs and conduct fact find interviews to help them achieve their financial goals
Ensure you are looking after the clients best interest and providing a positive seamless journey
Keep up to date with bank guidelines and regulations Experience:
2+ years experience as a Loan Writer/Processor
Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is highly regarded but not essential
Experience working with SMSF, commercial or self employed lending is advantageous
Great communication and written ability
Ability to think on your feet and outside the box
