Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? Chemist Discount Centre Northbridge is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in Northbridge

Located in the heart of Northbridge, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and personalized care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to meet customer demand
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
  • Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching and support to team members
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare industry (preferred but not required as there will be an extensive training for the expert in this area)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales analysis
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with pharmacy regulations and standards (preferred but not required)
