- 3+ years of experience leading multi-site retail teams
- Proven success managing stand-alone stores with individual $1M+ turnover
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse reports and drive business performance
- Ability to execute strategies, achieve results, and lead by example
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working at a fast pace
- A problem-solver who thrives on continuous improvement and innovation
