Three Blue Ducks is a group of restaurants dedicated to honest food, great drinks, and genuine hospitality. Our Byron Bay venue, set on the stunning grounds of The Farm, is looking for a Skilled Bartender to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you'll play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You'll craft exceptional drinks using fresh, local ingredients, bring enthusiasm to service, and work closely with the bar and floor teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, and other beverages with consistency and flair
  • Provide warm, attentive service and handle guest interactions confidently
  • Support the bar team with stock management, prep, and setup
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal cocktail menus
  • Promote and uphold Three Blue Ducks' values around sustainability, quality, and community

About You

  • Strong background as a bartender or mixologist in a busy, high-volume venue
  • Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about hospitality, sustainability, and guest experience
  • RSA certified
