About the Venue

Etheus is the reimagined main dining room of Promenade, bringing a fresh and focused identity to the indoor space while the beloved outdoor area continues as the Promenade Beach Bar.

Rooted in Greek-fired flavours and infused with the laidback, sun-soaked energy of Bondi, Etheus offers a bold new culinary direction. The menu will celebrate the simplicity and soul of Greek cooking, interpreted with local produce and Bondi flair.

About the role

We're looking for experienced bartenders to shake, stir and pour with confidence while delivering an exceptional bar experience in our Bondi dining room. You'll bring energy and creativity to the team, along with strong product knowledge and a passion for hospitality.

  • Have proven bartending experience (cocktail and wine knowledge a big bonus)
  • Can thrive in a busy, fast-paced venue
  • Love working with people and bring positive energy to the bar and floor
