Are you a Bartender with at least two years of Bartending experience in a high volume environment? Whether you’re positioned in our main Azure Bar, Poolside or assisting our Conferencing and Events team - we have the perfect role for you if you are considering staying in Byron Bay long term.

We would love to hear from you if you have bartending experience of at least two years. This role will suit someone who is very organised, experienced and confident with setting up a bar for service and managing multiple dockets. Initially this role with be working Pool side at Breeze and Summer Salt.

**Your role **will require you to converse with our guests by explaining cocktail, wine and beverage options, assist with dietary requirements and up-sell where possible. Ensure stock levels are maintained, your bar is kept clean and tidy, and orders are processed per service standards. There may also be some order taking and running of food and drinks depending on where you are working.

If you are looking for a role with regular hours, uniform provided, roster two weeks in advance and fantastic, tailored training, we would love to hear from you.

To be successful you will hold a current **NSW RSA and available to start in the next two weeks,** be a strong team player who works well with other colleagues on the floor during service and with our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer term employment.
- **WHV holders are welcome to apply, but will require a min of a 6 month commitment to the resort.**:

- Previous experience working in a fast paced Bar, Restaurant or Conferencing & Event Space as a Bartender
- Previous Hotel, Resort or Pool bar experience would be highly regarded
- **Current NSW RSA** and drivers licence
- High standard of grooming, presentation and communication
- Confidence in conversing with our guests and clients
- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including mornings, late evenings and weekends
