Are you a Bartender/Barista with at least two years of Bartending and Barista experience in a fast paced environment? Initially you will be working Poolside at Breeze Cafe or Summer Salt our Adults only pool. This is not your traditional bartender role as in addition to making cocktails you may also be blending smoothies, milkshakes and making coffees.

We would love to hear from you if you have bartending experience and have been making coffees for at least two years. This role will suit someone who is very organised, experienced and confident with setting up a bar for service and managing multiple dockets. Initially this role with be working Pool side at Breeze and Summer Salt.

**Your role **will require you to converse with our guests by explaining cocktail, wine and beverage options, assist with dietary requirements and up-sell where possible. Ensuring stock levels are maintained, your bar is kept clean and tidy, and orders are processed per service standards. You will be taking orders and running food and drinks during the winter months.

To be successful you will hold a current **NSW RSA and NSW Food Handler Basic Training Certificate and be available to start ASAP. **You will be a strong team player who works well with other colleagues on the floor during service and with our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer term employment.
- **WHV holders are welcome to apply, but will require a min of a 6 month commitment to the resort.**:

- Previous experience working in a fast paced Bar, Restaurant or Conferencing & Event Space as a Bartender
- Experience of at least two years as a barista
- Previous Hotel, Resort or Pool bar experience would be highly regarded
- **Current NSW RSA** and drivers licence
- **Current NSW Food Handler Basics Training Certificate or happy to complete**:

- Confidence in conversing with our guests and clients
- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including mornings, late evenings and weekends
