Our Customer Success Representative assists customers in having a great experience of iseekplant's platform, products & services, by providing support over the phone, email and online.

iseekplant is a successful technology business helping thousands of suppliers and operators connect across the Australian construction and mining sectors online. Here's some of what you will be working on each week:

  • Assisting and connecting construction & mining professionals with suppliers of equipment and services that help them complete their projects
  • Support construction and civil trades, plant-hire companies and small business owners who have memberships with iseekplant, to navigate the system and help them discover how to best leverage our online tools, so they can get awesome results for their business.
  • Working with the sales team to manage and service their customers' needs.
  • Undertaking a number of methodical monthly marketing activities for each customer - part of our recipe for ensuring every customer finds success on our system.
  • Managing the administration of self guided training with customers, offering assistance and driving engagement – we want all our customers to maximise their experience on our platform.
  • Building customer profiles to maximise their leads through the iseekplant platform
  • Assisting our customers to determine work opportunities for their machines and services and identify new ways and services to solve problems.
  • Liaising between our internal studio and website customers to support website delivery production
  • Liaising between finance and customers for any outstanding invoices requiring payment
  • Supporting our cancellation process to ensure a seamless customer experience

Skills and experience that will help you to be successful in this role:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer service-based role, preferably in a contact centre environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
