As we continue to grow, we're excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, Senior Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
The Role
Our Treatment Coordinators play a pivotal role in creating a positive, seamless experience for patients. From a warm welcome to finalising treatment plans, you'll work closely with our highly skilled team, helping patients feel informed and cared for throughout their dental journey.
About You
We're looking for a candidate who brings optimism, confidence, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence. As the ideal fit, you have outstanding problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and thrive in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. This role is a fantastic for those with experience with dental assisting who are focused on patient care and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide patients through treatment options, assisting with plan coordination and payment options
- Personalise treatment plans, manage appointments, and oversee payments
- Provide excellent customer service and patient support
- Coordinate patients' care journeys, including specialist referrals and financing
- Elevate the experience for new patients, making each visit memorable
Requirements

- 4+ years of dental experience

- Sales experience is preferred for this role.
