We're looking for a driven and experienced FOH Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and expertise to our team. Location: 109 Pascoe Vale Road, Moonee Ponds

Position: Casual, 4-5 days per week

What We're Looking For

• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced FOH role (perfect role if you're looking to develop your management/senior leadership skills).
• A genuine passion for hospitality, customer engagement, and high-quality service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor a team to maintain service excellence.
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
• Confidence in using POS systems (LIGHTSPEED) to streamline operations.
• Full weekend availability .
• Current RSA Certificate.

As a Senior Floor Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the success of Convoy by:

• Leading by example to create a welcoming, professional, and high-energy atmosphere.
• Ensuring smooth, efficient service and a consistently outstanding customer experience.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting FOH staff to uphold our service standards.
• Collaborating with the leadership team to refine operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Taking ownership of key aspects of the guest experience, from floor operations to customer engagement.
