Manage process standards, quality, and improvement to redefine Optus' business processes.
As the Process Standards & Quality Manager, over the course of 18 to 24 months, you will take on the responsibility of developing process modelling standards, methodologies, governance models, and quality assurance frameworks. You will be accountable for the setup, deployment, and operational support of the BPM toolset and company-wide process repository. Additionally, you will arrange and perform regular audits to assess process compliance, maturity, and performance, communicating these results as part of the Process Centre of Excellence. You will also act as a mentor to assist key partners across the business in enhancing the quality of their processes and adherence to standards
Key responsibilities include:
Define, maintain, and enforce process modeling standards and guidelines (e.g. BPMN 2.0, L1-L5 hierarchies).
Continuously improve the end-to-end process redesign methodology and associated playbooks.
Manage the enterprise-wide rollout, configuration, and ongoing administration of the BPM platform.
Migrate legacy process content to a centralized process repository.
Define and implement process documentation and lifecycle governance frameworks.
Lead training, onboarding, and enablement initiatives for BPM adoption and process excellence.
Maintain a secure, structured, and accessible enterprise-wide process repository.
Define and implement a quality audit program for assessing process maturity, compliance, and documentation quality.
Communicate audit findings and corrective actions to executive collaborators.
Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and performance mentoring to 3 junior BPM analysts.
Train and support business collaborators, process authors, and process excellence team members.
Advise and influence senior collaborators on process adherence and maturity.
Monitor the efficiency of process methods and drive continuous improvements.
Ensure governance processes are in place to maintain consistency, traceability, and accountability.
