We have a fantastic opportunity for a true unicorn in the Product Development/Product Management space to join this innovative design firm that creates and manufactures leading products for the everyday customer.

In this exciting, multifaceted role, you'll take ownership of the seasonal product and packaging ranges, collaborating closely with senior leadership and the creative team to develop, innovate, and shape seasonal ranges that are not only beautifully designed and trend-forward but also deeply resonate with customers and drive commercial success.

With a background in design, fine arts or illustration, you're a natural creative with a strong commercial mindset, passionate about delivering memorable products. With your finger on the pulse you are always across design trends and are confident in leading and managing the entire product lifecycle, from customer insights and ideation to bringing concepts to life.

With a curious mind and sharp analytical skills, you know how to dive into data and trends to unlock new opportunities and refine what's worked in the past. You're deeply customer-focused and love creating products that feel personal and thoughtful.

We're looking for someone with a background in design or a close connection to the creative process who brings a strong understanding of product development and management.

With 5+ years' experience in product management and development or design you are confident in analysing sales data in excel and translating insights into action as you are dreaming up a new seasonal product range. You're a clear, empathetic communicator with a keen eye for detail and a genuine love for seasonal celebrations and high-quality products that deeply touch customers.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, you are naturally confident in your opinions and decision making. As a people person, you have effective communication skills and thrive on building positive and lasting relationships with your team, clients, and suppliers.
