Role Overview:
The Junior Creative Project Manager role is for those who prefer to partner closely with internal stakeholders, are deadline-driven and enjoys operational delivery within a team. They will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of assets with our creative team, as well as quality control and client communications to keep production on track. They will ensure the successful delivery of project objectives within the agreed-upon time, scope, and design requirements.
The Junior Creative Project Manager will have experience over multi-channels (digital, video and print) as they will be responsible for managing different types of creative production projects. The development focus will be on giving you greater exposure to a variety of different briefs including large-scale client briefs, as you look to take your next step within project management.
While there will be a focus on internal stakeholder relationships, the Junior Creative Project Manager will also be responsible for client relationships in support of the Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a range of client and third-party stakeholder relationships.
- Receive multiple client briefs, clarify, feedback, coordinate and action on client amends.
- Create and update project timelines to coordinate projects and on-schedule delivery.
- Strong working relationship to traffic workload across the studio and project teams.
- Brand Guardian and responsible for quality control of materials before client release.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies to best suit client needs
- Deliver constructive feedback to internal stakeholders and studio teams.
- Responsible for project completion and administration.
- Maintain production scheduling systems and file management
- Provide support to client management tasks and presentations
- A comprehensive understanding of Tag's full capability offering.
