We're looking for an accountant with at least 1 year experience in SMSF to join our high-performing team.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Taxation Accountant specialising in SMSFs, you will:

  • Prepare Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) annual reports, tax returns, and compliance documentation in accordance with ATO requirements.
  • Ensure all SMSF documentation and reporting is fully compliant with superannuation and taxation legislation.
  • Liaise with auditors, trustees, and the ATO to resolve compliance queries and support audit processes.
  • Monitor changes to SMSF and taxation laws and apply updates to client reporting.
  • Assist with broader tax compliance services for individuals and businesses as required.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 1 year of relevant experience in SMSF accounting, administration or audit.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • Must have completed a Bachelor's degree qualification to be eligible for this role.
  • Has experience with SMSF accounting software (e.g., BGL Simple Fund, Class Super).
  • Must have hands-on experience with either BGL Simple Fund or Class Super software platforms.
  • Professional membership (CA, CPA, or IPA) is desirable but not essential.
  • Is highly motivated with strong attention to detail . Possesses great interpersonal skills and enjoys a collaborative work culture
  • Is an Australian Resident or holds a valid Australian working visa
