We're Hiring: Restaurant Manager

Location: Beach Byron Bay

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + Super

Start: Immediate preferred

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role at a high-quality venue
  • Hospitality qualifications and a strong understanding of food, wine, and beverage service
  • Natural leadership with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to implement systems and achieve both service and financial targets
  • Deep understanding of RSA compliance and industry legislation
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and manage a busy floor
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and support a high-performing front-of-house team
  • Manage rosters and labour costs in line with budgets
  • Oversee training, development, and performance management
  • Support the planning and execution of events and functions
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and manage ordering, including wine list maintenance
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
  • Ensure smooth daily service, including reservations and hosting
