About the role

Join our dealership as an Operations Assistant (Parts and Service) at Alpine Motorcycles. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments at our Wangaratta location.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting customers with parts and service inquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
  2. Processing parts orders and managing inventory to ensure timely availability of required items
  3. Scheduling service appointments and liaising with technicians to coordinate the efficient completion of repairs
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to parts, service and customer interactions
  5. Providing administrative support to the parts and service teams as needed
  6. Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within the automotive industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, technicians and team members
  3. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems
  5. A genuine passion for the motorcycle industry and delivering exceptional customer service
