Job Summary:

We're seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer – Warehouse & Administration Support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, balancing customer service with hands-on support for warehouse and transport activities. You'll assist with order processing, load planning, and stock management, while ensuring smooth communication across teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to maintain high service standards.
  • Receive orders, prepare manifests, and assist with load planning.
  • Support warehouse operations and maintain accurate stock and dispatch records.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of warehouse or logistics industry experience is required.
  • Provide cover for the Transport Scheduling Manager when needed.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient communication and smooth workflow.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong computer skills; experience with Transport/Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
  • Highly organised with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is required.
  • Year 12 completion is required as the minimum education level.
