The Program Manager Disability will assist with providing strategic and operational leadership for the disability day programs and residential houses.
This leadership role will assist with identifying and implementing initiatives which positions DPV Health as an industry leader in the provision of high quality, competitive, innovative, sustainable disability programs.
Working as part of the Disability team, and reporting to the General Manager Primary Care, Disability and Aged Care you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Team Leaders and House supervisors to operationalise strategic objectives of the NDIS Disability Centre-Based and Supported Independent Living services.
- Capitalising on opportunities for service expansion in line with Strategic Objectives and the DPV Health Service Plan.
- Identifying, assessing together with the General Manager and implementing new service streams for the Disability Services.

To be successful in this role
you
will bring demonstrated experience working with NDIS funded disability services.
You
will have substantial experience in a similar management role within the disability services sector with evidence of successful team development and growth.
You
will also come with:
- Qualifications in Leadership, Disability, Health or Human Services
- Strong understanding and application of consumer driven funding models of support. Specifically individualised NDIS funding in groups and SIL, targets and deliverables associated with a person centred framework, compliance and funding obligations.
- Demonstrated ability to participate in a performance driven environment.
Capacity to make decisions, find solutions and escalate when required
The fine print
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC and NDIS Clearance.
- Full driver license and travel between sites required.
