The Role

As the
Receptionist/Administrator
, you'll play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day — from managing admin processes and supplier coordination, to supporting the team and creating an environment people enjoy being in.

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations (supplies, maintenance, supplier coordination)
  • Greeting clients, guests, and creating a welcoming first impression
  • Supporting the wider team with admin tasks
  • Assisting with event planning and team initiatives
  • Helping maintain a positive and productive office culture

The Criteria

You're someone who's organised, proactive, and genuinely enjoys supporting others and creating a great place to work. You'll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in reception, office administration or team coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, approachable, and solutions-focused attitude
  • Great attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confidence juggling tasks and keeping the office running smoothly
  • Experience in property, real estate or professional services (a bonus)
