With an established Brisbane office, we're now looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our customer base and drive strategic growth across Brisbane.

What you'll be doing
- Sourcing and developing new business opportunities in international freight forwarding
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Partnering with overseas agents to pursue freehand traffic and global sales leads
- Preparing quotes, presenting solutions, and following up to secure deals
- Contributing to local and global sales strategy, attending industry events and meetings
About you Must-haves:
- Experience in International Freight Forwarding – ideally in sales, or ready to transition from operations or customer service
- Knowledge of freight and logistics processes (air/ocean)
- Ability to communicate with confidence and present tailored solutions
- Competent with MS Office and systems like CargoWise or similar
Nice-to-haves:
- Sales experience in the Brisbane market
- Network of contacts in freight or logistics
- Self-driven, with a commercial mindset and passion for growth
