Previous mortgage broking experience essential.

Work from home role.

The role is a full time position with a base salary plus commission.

Leads provided however it is essential that you can generate your own leads additionally.

Looking for an enthusiastic candidate who really enjoys being a mortgage broker and looking after their clients. The candidate needs to be customer centric and love helping the average Aussie obtain finance whilst at the same time be able to solve problems.

You will be:

  • Conducting client facing and Teams/Zoom interviews
  • Gaining a deep understanding of client needs and objectives
  • Researching suitable policy and loans
  • Communicating finance findings with recommended outcomes
  • Packaging up quality loans ready to submit to loan administration team
  • Orchestrating credit critical information and addressing any application discrepancies to obtain loan approval for your customer
  • Build relationships with key strategic referral partners ie. Real estate agents, accountants, business owners etc
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience ensuring your clients are up to date with highlight points on the loan
  • Ability to extract referral business based on both your relationship building and finance capability skills
  • Be comfortable using and adapting new technologies
  • Have the ability to be coachable and increase knowledge, strategy and performance over time.

  • Proven performance track record in mortgage broking

  • Excellent sales skills (Need to be able to close the deal)
  • Enjoy problem solving
  • Ability to cope with stress
  • Proactively be able to source and create business opportunities
  • Minimum 3 years mortgage broking experience
  • Excellent financial and verbal communication
  • Understanding of credit and packaging up applications for approval
