About The Opportunity

As a Front of House Attendant, you'll be the welcoming face of the Moncrieff, helping patrons enjoy cinema and live theatre experiences in a safe, clean, and exciting environment. You'll assist with ushering, candy bar and bar service, and keeping our venue looking its best.

This is a casual position, perfect for high school seniors or recent graduates looking to gain experience in customer service, hospitality, and events.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:

  • Reliable and ready to work across evenings and weekends
  • Have strong communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, polite, and confident in talking to people of all ages
  • Be comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Be financially literate to support cash handling and point-of-sale tasks
  • Able to stand for extended periods and stay focused during busy shifts
  • Committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for all patrons
  • Be willing to undergo a National Police Check
  • RSA & Food Handling Certificates are desirable
