Role Description

The Guest & Service Manager is the heart of Sun Ranch's guest experience. This role ensures the energy, tone, and culture across the Ranch consistently reflect the brand. You'll act as a supportive leader on the floor, especially during peak periods. The guest & services manager is the face of Sun Ranch for our onsite guests. Ensuring the guest experience from check-in to farewell is seamless, warm and aligned with the Sun Ranch spirit. You'll oversee daily operations and help cultivate an environment where both staff and guests feel genuinely cared for. Collaborating with all departments, ensuring that Sun Ranch's energy, ambience, and guest interactions consistently exceed expectations

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service & guest satisfaction focus
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience with reception and front-of-house duties
  • Supervisory & team leadership skills
  • Highly organised, able to multitask effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
  • Background in hospitality and/or hotel industry (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
