The opportunity

Slick Roofing Pty Ltd is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Labourer to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a Labourer, you will be an essential part of our operations, supporting our skilled tradespeople in carrying out various roofing and construction tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist tradespeople with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing materials and systems
  • Prepare job sites by clearing debris, unloading materials, and setting up equipment
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Perform general labouring duties, such as moving heavy materials, and cleaning work areas
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Contribute to the overall success of the project by working collaboratively with the team

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar construction role
  • Familiarity with roofing materials and construction processes
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
