The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer / All-Rounder to join our site team. This is a hands-on role working across residential building sites, assisting trades, and ensuring projects run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • General site labouring and clean-up
  • Assisting trades with daily tasks
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Basic use of tools and equipment
  • Following site safety procedures
  • Supporting supervisors to meet project timelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' labouring or construction site experience
  • Current driver's licence
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and safety conscious
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card) – highly regarded
