About the Role
Join us as a School Partnership Consultant at ReadCloudVET and become a key connection between our organisation and schools, fostering strong relationships with teachers and VET in Schools staff across Western Australia and South Australia.
Day-to-day, you'll spend your time visiting schools, supporting teachers and trainers with onboarding and training, ensuring compliance documentation is in order, and working with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and share best practices.
You'll contribute to the successful delivery of our services, while also maintaining the highest standards of compliance and administrative efficiency. Key Goals of the Role
- Foster meaningful partnerships: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with schools, supporting collaborative success and program longevity.
- Enhance program engagement: Assist schools in providing a comprehensive range of qualifications, encouraging student participation and positive learning experiences.
- Grow our network: Engage with and onboard new schools and teachers, sharing the value of ReadCloudVET.
- Support student success: Contribute to making a positive impact on students' lives, empowering them to succeed in their VET pathways.
Role and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with schools and teachers.
- Ensure the delivery of qualifications meets our high standards.
- Address any hiccups in service delivery, quality and compliance promptly.
- Work with schools to explore new qualification opportunities.
- Support the launch of new qualifications and training product initiatives to increase student involvement.
- Train and support new and existing schools and teachers.
- Contribute to sharing student, teacher, and school success stories on social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep things running smoothly.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve our service.
- Visit schools across WA and SA for compliance, training and planning meetings and to attend assemblies and events.
- Apply understanding of regulatory/compliance frameworks, including state-based curricular bodies and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025.
About You
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. As this is a remote position, you must be a tech-savvy and self-motivated individual, comfortable working autonomously and troubleshooting issues independently. This position offers an excellent pathway for experienced teachers or tertiary educators familiar with the secondary school environment looking to leverage their educational expertise and passion for student success in a dynamic role beyond the traditional classroom setting. You have experience in educational administration or related professional services, and a commitment to providing quality support to clients.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, ideally within an educational or secondary school setting.
- Strong organisational skills
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise workloads effectively, and meet critical deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clear and concise messaging.
- Proficiency in using software platforms for email, database management, and online learning environments (e.g., Moodle).
- A high degree of technological confidence and the ability to troubleshoot common computer and software problems is essential for success in this remote role.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine interest in supporting the success of VET programs in schools.
