The Role

We are looking for technicians to join us for an exciting 6-month project, installing transport ticketing and payment devices across Melbourne metro and surrounding outer regions.

  • Casual positions available
  • Monday - Friday roster
  • Night Shift (8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and replace transport ticketing and payment devices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support, where required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic electronics knowledge.
  • Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Ability to provide a satisfactory Police Check.

Preferred

  • Experience in fault diagnosis and PC hardware.
