About the Role

Reporting to the
National Technical Manager
, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying new product opportunities, managing integration projects, and supporting the commercialisation of innovative solutions. You'll collaborate closely with R&D, sales, and key clients to deliver products that enhance our market position and deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with priority customers and their technical teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and integration projects.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Lead product development initiatives from concept to commercialisation.
  • Deliver technical presentations and support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse product performance and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor teams in customer engagement and product development.
  • Support costing and ROI analysis for new product proposals.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in product development or technical sales.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into product solutions.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks), with a strong technical foundation for product design and development.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing (highly regarded).
  • Experience in manufacturing or related industries (advantageous).
