We are seeking an entry-level, highly motivated, and customer-focused Solution Support Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the successful deployment and ongoing support of print and Document Management solutions. Supporting our clients across government, education, and commercial sectors. Working with a variety of solutions and technologies and collaborating with our sales and pre-sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide day-to-day support to our customers and pre-sales team.
  • Support our current Solutions Integration Specialists with installation activities and provide support during solution implementation.
  • Provide post-sales support to Sharp customers and liaise with solution vendors to resolve customer problems.

Knowledge/ Experience

  • IT / Solution-related experience essential.
  • Experience in Print Management and Document Management solutions is considered beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Certificate/Diploma in I.T.

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in implementing and supporting print management and workflow solutions.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and print queue management.
  • Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and general IT infrastructure.
