We're seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on couple to manage and operate a thriving café in a charming regional town. The café is well-established with a loyal local customer base, offering specialty coffee, homemade-style food, and warm country hospitality.

  • Day-to-day management of the café (front of house and kitchen operations)
  • Customer service with a personal touch
  • Stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Menu input and seasonal updates
  • Staff training and supervision (if applicable)
  • Maintaining cleanliness, compliance, and quality standards
  • At least 2–3 years of hospitality/café experience (barista, kitchen, or management)
