About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers/Registered Nurses to join our growing team You will be working directly with NDIS participants and community clients, providing support that makes a real difference in their everyday lives. For this client, we are looking for someone who has experience with high-intensity, complex care and someone who loves working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in tracheostomy care - changing and care
  • Assisting in ventilation, suctioning & nebulization via tracheostomy
  • Assisting in enteral feeding - PEG care
  • Assisting in oxygen administration
  • Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Domestic support (light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
  • Assisting with daily routines and goal-based activities
  • Following care plans and working collaboratively with families and allied health professionals

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in preferably a Nursing background
  • Experience in complex, disability care
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
  • Commitment to promoting client dignity and independence

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid & CPR Certification (current)
  • Valid NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred but not required
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Manual handling training (preferred)
