**About the Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist a client in Matraville with personal care, domestic care, and community access. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in someone's life, providing essential daily support and ensuring the client can live comfortably and independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal care tasks, including showering, dressing, and grooming
- Provide domestic assistance, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
- Support with community access, including transportation to appointments, social outings, and shopping
- Follow the client’s care plan and maintain detailed documentation of daily activities
- Build rapport with the client and provide companionship

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience in personal care, domestic care, and community access (preferred but not essential)
