Matraville, Australia Bloom Disability Network Pty Ltd. Full time

Bloom Disability Network is seeking one or two **female Disability Support Workers or Enrolled/Registered Nurses to support a young patient with Epilepsy **within the family home.

In case of emergency, **a driver's license and reliable car are essential for this role.**

**Experience working with or supporting young children is absolutely essential**, in a professional or homelife environment.

Monday: 7.30pm - 7.30am (passive overnight - able to sleep on shift)

Tuesday: 7.30am - 3.30pm

Wednesday: 7.30pm - 7.30am (passive overnight - able to sleep on shift)

Thursday: 7.30pm - 7.30am (passive overnight - able to sleep on shift)

Friday: 7.30am - 3.30pm

Pay Rate: $34 - $54 per hour, plus super.

If you have solid experience working with children, as well as experience with epilepsy, or other complex disabilities/medical needs, we would be honoured to meet with you.

- Certificate in Disability/Aged Care OR Nursing
- Medication Administration
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Two Professional Referees
- Reliable Car and Current Driver's Licence
- Punctuality and Reliability
- Great Interpersonal Skills
- Experience with Children

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:
