Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned
Technical Project Manager
with strong experience in Microsoft technologies (.NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure) and a solid background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle using Microsoft stack (.NET, CRM, Azure).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Oversee technical design, development, integration, and deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and organizational standards.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and infrastructure teams.
- Drive process improvements and support technology adoption initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. PMP/Agile certification preferred.
- 10+ years of IT experience
, including
3+ years as a Technical Project Manager
. - Hands-on experience with
.NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure
, and DevOps practices. - Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project governance.
- Insurance domain experience (Life, Health, P&C or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage distributed teams and vendor partners.
Nice to Have
- Experience with
Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Automate). - Knowledge of insurance compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Exposure to microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
