Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned
Technical Project Manager
with strong experience in Microsoft technologies (.NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure) and a solid background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full project lifecycle using Microsoft stack (.NET, CRM, Azure).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Oversee technical design, development, integration, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and organizational standards.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and infrastructure teams.
  • Drive process improvements and support technology adoption initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. PMP/Agile certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of IT experience
    , including
    3+ years as a Technical Project Manager
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    .NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure
    , and DevOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project governance.
  • Insurance domain experience (Life, Health, P&C or similar).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage distributed teams and vendor partners.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    Power Platform
    (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of insurance compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exposure to microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
