About the Role

We're seeking an experienced
Planning Manager
to lead and uplift program and project scheduling practices across our infrastructure clients. You'll bring deep expertise in schedule development, stakeholder engagement, and controls assurance to help deliver smarter, more predictable outcomes.

This is a delivery-embedded role working directly with client project managers and planners to drive schedule alignment, manage baselines, and navigate complexity with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement tailored planning and scheduling frameworks
  • Lead the establishment and maintenance of master schedule baselines
  • Coordinate planning resources and ensure schedule integrity across the program
  • Identify and manage schedule risks and recovery strategies
  • Deliver project and program performance reports and insights
  • Support and coach project teams to improve planning maturity
  • Champion continuous improvement in planning systems, tools, and culture

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years in PMO/project delivery roles (preferably in infrastructure or program environments)
  • Strong leadership experience managing planning teams and delivery schedules
  • Advanced skills in Primavera P6
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement ability
  • Proven experience in schedule assurance, uplift, and coaching
  • Highly organised, decisive, and able to perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite
