About Us

Bulk Granite Haulage has been a trusted supplier of quarry and construction materials for major civil projects across Southeast Queensland for over 40 years. We are committed to delivering high quality service and expanding our market presence within the industry.

We are currently looking for an experienced Transport Allocator to join our team based at our Caboolture depot. Working within the existing allocations team your primary role will be the safe and efficient allocation of fleet resources.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling of deliveries
  • Liaising with clients, internal staff members and operators
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Data entry and order taking

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Motivated, reliable and a team player
  • Experience in scheduling / allocation
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday and every second Saturday
  • Knowledge of Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and greater Southeast Queensland would be advantageous
