Job Overview

- We’re seeking a passionate and NDIS experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team of community-based allied health clinicians.

The opportunity

You’ll join an organisation with a genuinely client-centred and quality-focused model of care, treating all patients with dignity and respect and involving them in all decisions about their health.

Your role will include

- Creating, providing and monitoring functional exercise and skill development programs for individuals and groups.
- Utilisation of objective assessment outcome measures to determine your clients’ functional performance needs.
- Supporting the provision of hydrotherapy sessions.
- Helping to ensure your clients have the right equipment to meet their needs.

This is you

To launch successfully into this role, you’ll have:

- 2+ years of exercise physiology practice experience, ideally including working in the community and providing supports and services under the NDIS.
- Current membership of Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Current driver’s licence and your own transport.
- You’re a team player, working well with clinical, support work and admin colleagues, and possess excellent time management skills to ensure all clinical and documentation aspects of your role are delivered in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in the Office/Office 365 suite will also stand you in good stead, as will experience with clinical software packages used in private practice.
