Elders Insurance Innisfail is a proud Elders Insurance franchise servicing the Cassowary Coast region. With over 100 years of trusted service, Elders Insurance is one of Australia's largest regional and rural insurance providers, delivering tailored general insurance solutions to Business, Farm, and Personal clients.

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales / Account Executive to add value to our already successful team in a permanent full-time capacity.

This position offers you a development opportunity with potential for career progression with a leading Elders Insurance franchise and a competitiveremuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

About the Role

As an Insurance Sales / Account Executive, you will be fully trained and mentored. Your major duties will include:

  • Drive new business growth through proactive client engagement and lead generation
  • Develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of valued clients
  • Provide expert insurance advice across Commercial, Farm, and Personal Insurance lines
  • Process quotations and new business, using the Elders Insurance system

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in Business and Farm Insurance portfolio management, or extensive experience in other customer facing sales roles with Business and/or Farming customers with demonstrated client relationship management
  • A customer-focused, sales-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications

  • Obtain or be able to obtain FSRA Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance
  • Ability to obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances
