Location: Sunshine Coast Showroom

Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Fri: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

With a strong reputation for quality products and exceptional service, we're now looking for a motivated Sales & Showroom Assistant to join our Sunshine Coast team.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and customer service. You'll be the face of our showroom—greeting customers, helping them find the right products, and supporting them through the sales process. You'll also assist with general showroom operations, inventory tasks, and general admin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers, providing expert advice on our range of handles and door hardware
  • Convert enquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Prepare quotes and process transactions using MYOB (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Receive and organise incoming stock and ensure displays are tidy and up to date
  • Build strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive in-store experience
  • Support the team with stocktake and general store duties as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Must have the legal right to work in Australia
  • Reliable transport to our Sunshine Coast location
  • Strong computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office, MYOB is highly regarded
