About the role

Join our vibrant team at TSG in Bentley Park, QLD as a full-time Sales Assistant. In this crucial customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers. Our Sales Assistants are the face of our business, ensuring our store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and that every customer leaves happy.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
  • Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions
  • Maintaining the store's visual appeal by restocking shelves, tidying displays, and ensuring a clean and organised retail environment
  • Handling cash and card payments and balancing the till at the end of each shift
  • Supporting the management team with various administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
