About the role

As a Factory Hand at CIA Concrete, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility in Kunda Park, QLD. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to build your career from the ground up—starting with hands-on factory work, progressing through order dispatching, and advancing into sales and further career growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting in the assembly and production of concrete-based products
  2. Operating various machinery and equipment to support the manufacturing process (training offered for forklift license)
  3. Ensuring the workspace is clean, organised and adheres to safety protocols
  4. Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets
  5. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills
  6. Assisting with sales and retail

What we're looking for

  1. A keen interest in manufacturing and a willingness to learn new skills
  2. Sound literacy, reading and numeracy skills
  3. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  5. Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a fast-paced industrial setting
  6. Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be an advantage
